Substance Abuse Treatment Programs

SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER (SUD) ASSESSMENTS

The Assessment Process is organized around 12 specific steps that help the counselor obtain a detailed history of the patient’s substance use, determine the key factors in the current situation, and plan the best treatment for recovery.

INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COUNSELING

Individual counseling helps the patient focus on reducing or stopping substance use, working toward skills and professional/educational outcomes, and adhering to a recovery plan. Group counseling provides social reinforcement for pursuit of recovery.

CIRCLE FOR RECOVERY OHIO (CFRO)

Circle for Recovery at Mansfield UMADAOP provides relapse prevention, offender reentry and supportive services to adult men and women under the community supervision of the Ohio Adult Parole Authority and local courts.
